Well, let me just stay - I am ecstatic about my kitchen! I feel like it got an extreme home make-over! The beautiful new appliances compliment our luxurious new granite countertops perfectly. I love the ways it looks, feels, cleans - you name it! The look of the granite and the stainless is so much more warm and aesthetically pleasing, as well as being more user-friendly. I think our new sink, which Jess very WISELY suggested, is my absolute favorite new addition. Adds a very modern flare - plus it's big enough to bathe my kids in!! (ha, ha!) Our neighbors all have "kitchen-envy" now!

And, you know it's all good when you go away for 5 days and want to come home because you MISS YOUR KITCHEN!! WELL worth the investment - and adds value and beauty to our home. Thank you so much for taking care of us - to Jess for her prompt communication, and to Chip and Ribby for coordinating everything, and putting long hours in to enable to job to be done efficiently with the least amount of disruption for us. We were so impressed with the quality of Monogram's work when we built our original home back in 2000, that when it came time to choose someone to handle our 3 story renovation we immediately called Monogram.

Probably our biggest fear before starting construction was, that the finished product would look like an addition. This couldn't be further from the truth! Monogram did a fabulous job of seamlessly combining the old with the new. We absolutely love our 1500 square feet of new living space, including home theater, in addition to our newly refinished basement with games room, bar and exercise area.

Anyone who has been through a renovation knows how unpleasant the process can be. Not just the constant dust and relentless noise, but the loss of certain areas of your home. Monogram bent over backwards to make the experience as painless as possible. They were careful not to inconvenience us any more than was necessary, and made sure their subs respected our family's privacy and cleaned up their mess at the end of each day. Any issues that arose during construction were dealt with professionally and resolved to our satisfaction in a timely manner.

Another reason for choosing Monogram Custom Homes for our home renovation is, they were able to offer us more value for our money than their competitors. Tony Caciolo is a recognized dealer for several appliance, electronic and other such manufacturers. This allows him to purchase products at cost, ranging from home theater components, Plasma TV's, fridges and ovens to granite countertops. A savings he then passes on to his customers. Tony is also very knowledgeable when it comes to the latest in home theater design. He has the expertise necessary to handle the building of such a room from design to installation, all, at no extra charge.

This Friday, November 3rd, we took final delivery of our home in Ashton Woods. We are absolutely thrilled with the home.

However, the reason I am writing is to compliment your entire staff at Monogram and all of the sub contractors who worked on this home. You certainly worked as a team to deliver a very high quality home to us. The attention to detail and fine workmanship was really amazing. No one was ever late for an appointment, and we never had a disagreement. The materials were always of the highest quality, and everyone was working towards a "perfect" job. Your entire organization worked hard to meet or exceed our every expectation. Your promise to work together in an atmosphere of trust and honesty was certainly fulfilled. So many people complain about how difficult and trying it can be to build a new home. Our experience was 100% enjoyable, and even fun. It is too bad that all builders do no exhibit the thoroughness and professionalism of you and your staff.

We want extend special thanks to Jessica and Gary, with home we had almost daily contact. They were terrific to work with.

Dear Tony,

We love our home!!! We appreciate the fact that it's well and what a wonderful floor plan - especially the kitchen. I can tell that you know that the kitchen is really the heart of the home. We visited many other models before we choose to build with Monogram and in most of them the kitchen seemed to be an afterthought.

All the people that worked directly for Monogram were always accommodating and helpful to us in solving any problems that arose. Of course Jane and Jessica were our life lines - - they are the best!!!! The suppliers you sent us to for stucco, stone, fixture, etc. were always polite and helpful. Gary and Robi have always treated us with courtesy and respect. Rich and Robert are masters at their work.

We are so pleased that when the year was up you made arrangements to come back and do any necessary touchups. We had talked to other people who built with someone else and they said "good luck" when we told them that after a year you come back. Our accountant [who built with someone else - of course] was promised the same thing and it's been 3 years and a zillion phone calls and no one has done a thing.

We are so thankful that when we requested Rich Fritz as the one to come back to do the touch up work - Monogram complied with our request. He does a meticulous job and is respectful of our home, which is very important to us. Rich was able to take care of anything that need to be fixed and when he was finished everything was perfect - you would never know that there was any problem at all. My husband calls Rich "the miracle worker". We know when Rich does something it is done correctly and without all the mess that is usually associated with fix ups.

Again, we really feel lucky that Rich did our work. We didn't trust it to anyone else. Just the fact we knew it would be him gave us peace of mind and that's worth a lot.

Building a new home can be very stressful especially when it involves moving your family. One of the things that made the Monogram experience so good was that they were very customer focused and resolved any issues that came up throughout the building process. They made sure everything was done right. Many builders will say the are customer focused but Monogram demonstrated what true customer focus is about.
